Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 機電工程學系 === 96 === A multi-language technique to investigate the performance of the servo automatic optical inspection system is proposed in this thesis. By taking advantage of each language benefits in order to obtain a complicate control program, Borland C++ Builder is used as a servo human-machine interface program and AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection, AOI) image processing program was provided using a MATLAB toolbox.
First, a reasonable process of edge detection is presented, Using multi-language technique can develop the image processing program easily to find the edge of a pattern. Next, the correlation matching technique is applied to find the template position in AOI system. Finally, this thesis compares the program efficiency between the C/C++ and multi-language that displays advantages of the multi-language .
