The system collocates with conception of embedded that advances thermal image perfectly. Use 32x32 thermopile array for detecting and Ge lens for focusing in thermal image system. The designs of thermal image divide two parts: hardware part included circuit simulation, circuit design, and optical structure. Software part included program the drive of circuit board and a friendly user interface. Temperature curve calibrated by a standard blackbody and thermal image gets correct thermal image finally. Temperature distribution is an important physiological characteristic when it comes to assisting in diagnose patients. Doctors can ascertain the abnormal tissue and remedy it timely by examines the thermal image. It tends to develop the device in the embedded system aiming at reducing device power consumption and growing system reliability. A LCD controller is included in chip in the research, and we build a friendly user interface with all the display and function selects in the LCD. Transferring the thermal image data into a SD card in systematic storage is also an issue for further analysis. A 32x32 thermal image with embedded system is developed successfully.
