However, in commercial copy centers or large offices, multiple copy machines are normally stationed in the same location. In this case, the amount of microchips and control cards will require tremendous that cause management difficulties. Thus if there is a system that has the ability to manage all microchips and control cards by one computer and one peripheral device, management efficiency can be greatly improved. In this thesis, the USB Interface Controller for copier machine is investigated. The USB can control 127 sets of peripheral devices. Multi devices can be connected to the USB hub. In addition to the powerful data processing capability of the computer, it can also manage multiple peripheral devices within proper distance. This is hard to be achieved by traditional I/O Port.
