Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 96 === In the recent years, issues of car body structures and optical design for less energy consumption to fit environmental requirements are the major improvement topics of many motor manufacturers. Therefore, the HB LED is adopted for headlight illumination. America and the countries in Europe have developed the various ways of heat evaporation and already established a standard for headlight certification. Some cars have already equipped with HB LED such as the high-end model LS-600 of Lexus and the platinum model of Escalade. The current bottleneck of HB LED is the heat evaporation problems that cause brightness weak. Therefore, the proper heat evaporation materials and the improvements of the airflow within the headlight bulb are the important study issues for motor manufacturers. Taiwan has advantaged technology of LED, but solve the heat evaporation problems is still immature. Therefore, this these focus on the heat evaporation issues of HB LED vehicle headlight. The study explores the current techniques and the potential heat evaporation approaches of HB LED applying to vehicle headlight. Hopefully, the study with results of less energy consumption to satisfied the environmental requirements.
