In the application of X-Y motion control table, the researcher uses the image processing method to create the track path by means of analyzing the objective trajectory of background and object contour in the image. The image processing techniques used in this study method include gray-level transition, binarization, edge detection, dilation, erosion and contour track. The AC servo pneumatic driving table combines the uses of AC servo motor, ball screw and Rodless Pneumatic to monitor the automatic logistics process of the production line. Both the driving tables are controlled by the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which is the focus of this research. The monitoring of the operation of the work platform is performed with the human-machine interfaces designed through the application of Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench (LabVIEW). The humanistic interface, as designed in the present study, allows the operator to monitor the operation of the platform via remote Internet connection. Each platform is equipped with the visual device, which facilitates more prompt and efficient contingency measures being taken by both the near-end and remote operators.
