And the globalization e-commerce can offer plentiful and large relevant information to be a basis for user while making a decision. But in this situation, it is easy to make user overload contrarily. Therefore, it is a worth topic that how to help user to obtain the method to solve the problem quickly and efficiently from a large number of the complicated information in the past. The Case-based reasoning is a kind of technology of solving problems. It solves the present problem with the past information or experience. The case base is increasing constantly, so the reasoning’s efficiency will be limited to the size of the case base. It will become very difficult to reason the suggestion of the solving way by historical information effectively. In order to avoid the problem that the volume of the case base will influence the reasoning efficiency, this research treats relevant topics as electronic commerce, case-base reasoning, and rough set theory. And we propose the integration case-based reasoning model. The process can divided into three stages mainly: The rough set theory’s beforehand processing, case-based reasoning and the reasoning result analysis. Finally, we apply the relevant systems soft into the e-commerce environment to prove that the rough set theory can combine with the case-based reasoning model.
