碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 會計學系 === 96 === Modern technology fast changes, the enterprises on market steep competition, more and more changeable environment, and the present enterprises unlike before, they are facing many variables and challenges. Therefore, many enterprises implement ERP to integrate internal and external information in order to improve performance. This study’s objective is to probe into the factors of intention using ERP of Taiwan superintendents and employees, and advance enterprises or suppliers for using ERP in terms of the study results. The study treats the relationships among innovation characteristic— relative advantage, compatibility, complexity and perceived value; between perceived risk and perceived value; between perceived value and intention to use ERP. Accordingly it is necessary to treat the factors of intention to use ERP, builds up the framework of measure the intention to use ERP and comprehends it. The study results indicated innovation characteristic— relative advantage and compatibility have significant positive effects on ERP perceived value. Perceived risk has significant negative effects on ERP perceived value. ERP perceived value has significant positive effects on intention to use. It indicated relative advantage, compatibility and perceived risk are the key aspects to promote the ERP intention to use. But innovation characteristic—complexity is not negative affected by ERP perceived value.
