The research tools used in this paper were the learning organization scale and the classroom management effectiveness scale according to which this research was conducted. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOYA, Scheff´e method, Person’s product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis.
