As the technology and technique develop, electronic spare parts have come into the generation of microminiaturization, which enriches the using of Radio Frequency Identification( RFID). What is worth a discussion here is that the articles before mostly focused on delivery industry and rechargeable pre-paid cards, but they barely mentioned the using in the management of service industry. using RFID in Hotel housing management is the key of progressing from old- fashioned management to technology management. This study is going to (1) discuss the present situation and practice of using RFID in hotel management, and try to meet the hotels’ need, in order to provide useful information to the hotel owners in the future; (2) discuss the service pattern which takes the boarders as cores, and provide a plan for the RFID system for hotel service industry; (3) analyse the current hotel service pattern, provide a plan for the RFID to be used in hotel service links by observing management practice, literature discussion, and deep interview with the experts. In order to make this study practical, correct and complete, all the suggested plans are based on the advice given by the experts in both academic and practical realm, and so would be able to help hotels use the RFID system to its fullest.
