Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 96 === Public Health Nurses from 5 Counties in Middle Taiwan were sampled to investigate the relationships between Psychological Contract Breach and Organizational Commitments. Suggestions derived from study results were made for management references.
The research was mainly conducted using convenience sampling by questionnaires. Of the 450 questionnaires were sent out, 389 were answered and 345 were valid. Statistics packages of SPSS FOR WINDOWS and LISREL were used for statistical analysis, while the factor analysis, t-test analysis, single factor variant analysis (One Way ANOVA), correlated analysis, and LISREL analysis were applied. Results were concluded as follows:
1. Degree of the Psychological Contract Breach of the Public Health Nurses fell into the ranges of the middle to middle-high levels. Ages and educational qualifications were the two major factors which significantly affected the degree of the Psychological Contract Breach.
2. Degree of the Public Health Nurses committed to their organizations ranged in the middle to middle-high levels, whereas, ages, duration as public health nurses, position titles, and the locality of workplaces accounted as main factors significantly affecting the public health nurses’ commitments to their organizations.
