Disruptive innovation is difficultly imitated, particularly, it leads business to disruptive growth for defending the meager profit era. Surprisingly, previous studies had been limited to empirical work. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of innovational personality, organizational culture, and self-regulated learning to disruptive innovation performance. The 650 employees of financial industries were surveyed, effective response was 411 in 454 responded, and effective rate was 63.2%. The data were analyzed by SEM statistical approaches. When self-regulated learning as a mediate variable, the result revealed that organizational culture or innovational personality was significantly positive influence to disruptive innovation performance. However, the influence paths were indeed different. The meaning underlaid direct or indirect path revealed the unexploited gap of previous academic reviews, which may extend by this study. The contribution of this study was to discover the different path for achieving disruptive innovation performance by organizational culture or innovational personality, and extended behaviorism and expectancy theory under lack of eternal motivation. These findings could provide a reference for academia and practitioner to defend the threats in the meager profit era. 溫玲玉 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 193 zh-TW
