First of all, the researcher design the interview outline to explore the condition of career transition curriculum . Secondly, the researcher construct the Delphi questionnaire of career transition curriculum areas and career transition curriculum items, and then, the researcher use survey questionnaire to analysis the importance of areas and items of career transition curriculum. Finally, the researcher utilize the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to realize the fitness of the career transition curriculum model. The research methods consists of interview , Delphi technique and survey. This research analyses 16 interview draft, 30-32 Delphi questionnaires (two times), 294 survey questionnaires . The result of study shows in thesis. Finally, the researcher make some suggestions from the results and for the future studies .
