Second, this study was to examine the mediators’ effect of family-friendly policies perceptions and work-family balance on working pressure and organization commitment. Finally, to construct the model and test the effect of working pressure on family-friendly policies perceptions, work-family balance, organizational commitment.   There were 955 valid samples which were collected from the top 1000 manufacturing and 500 services firms in Taiwan. There were four scales as researching tools including, working pressure, family-friendly policies, work-family balance and organizational commitment. In order to prove the hypotheses and exam model’s goodness-of-fit, the study used descriptive statistic, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), hierarchical regression analysis, and block regression analysis to analyze data.   The results indicated that work-family balance was an important mediator. Family-friendly policies perceptions can balance work and family. The balance of work and family can increase the organizational commitment. As to background variables, people who work in high-tech industry generally are under high working pressure. For female, married, the older and high-tech industry employees, they are highly using promoting family-friendly policies perceptions.
