The research data of this study was collected by questionnaire survey. The sampling were 1,100 second-grade students of mechanical engineering department in vocational senior high schools in Taiwan. There were totally 1,100 copies of questionnaires distributed. The valid returned-rate questionnaires were 1,003 copies and the valid returned-rate was 91%. The data was analyzed by utilizing frequency distribution, percentage, means, standard deviation, t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé’s method, and Pearson’s product moment correlation. According to the statistical analysis results, obtain the following conclusions: 1. The students’ learning attitude was “good” and “active”. Their learning disturbance was “middle degree” 2. There were significant differences on learning attitude toward the variables of students’ academic achievement, attribute of school and type of school .But there were no significant differences on learning attitude toward the variables of gender, parents’ educational background, parents’ occupation and location of school. 3. There were significant differences on learning disturbance toward the variables of students’ academic achievement. However, there were no signifycant differences on learning disturbance toward the variables of gender, parents’educational background, parents’ occupation, attribute of school, location of school and type of school. 4.There were negative correlations between students’ learning attitude and learning disturbance.
