This research adopted questionnaire survey to collect data. There were 2255 questionnaires sent out. The valid questionnaires remained 1881. The retake rate of valid questionnaires was 83.4 %.Descriptive statistics was applied to analyze this data. According to the report, the findings were as follows: 1.The different grade have made significant difference in learning motivation. 2.The Five Factor of personality trait have made significant difference with Self-Efficacy, learning motivation, learning satisfaction. 3.The Five Factor of personality trait had significant positive relationship with Self-Efficacy, learning motivation, learning satisfaction. 4.The Self-Efficacy had significant positive relationship with learning satisfaction. 5.The learning motivation had significant positive relationship with learning satisfaction. 6.The Self-Efficacy can predict effectiveness of learning satisfaction. 7.The learning motivation can predict effectiveness of learning satisfaction. 8.The effective path that direct affected the learning satisfaction was Self-Efficacy learning motivation Extraversion,Agreeableness,Conscientiousness Finally, based on the findings of this study, further discussions and suggestions were made.
