Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 96 === The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence between the social skills and work adjustment in internship for students in the special education classes at vocational senior high schools. To achieve the purpose mentioned above, questionnaire survey method was used in this research. The questionnaire survey contains three parts: the respondent’s basic demographic information, social skills and work adjustment in internship. A total of 478 questionnaires had been sent, and received 469 questionnaires. After deducting 6 invalid returned questionnaires, there were 463 valid responses. The valid responded rate was 96.8%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis of frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, one sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation.
According data analysis, the study findings were should as below:
1.For students in the special education classes, in the social skill, students’ ranking of performance was self-related skills, peer-related skills, and adult-related skills of high vocational schools.
2.For students in the special education classes, in the work adjustment, are work performance, work role behavior and work satisfaction of high vocational schools.
3.In the social skills of special education class students, there are no significant differences in schools locations, location of residence, jobs in internship and educational level of parents at senior vocational schools.
4.In the work adjustment of special education class students, there are no significant differences in jobs in internship and educational level of parents at senior vocational schools.
5.In the social skills of special education class students, there are significant differences in genders at senior vocational schools.
6.In the work satisfaction of special class students, there are significant different in genders and schools locations at senior vocational schools.
7.In the work performance of special education class students, there are significant differences in location of residence at senior vocational schools.
8.There are significant correlations between social skills and work adjustment in internship for special education class students at vocational high schools.
