Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 96 === After the ERP system go-live, end-user training turns into insufficient. This is because the manager doesn’t pay much attention to it and the cost of consulting service is so high. Organizations usually think highly of the users’ ability to operate the system proficiency. But ERP systems are integrated-based. We must communicate the whole process concept to the end-user. Employees with the whole process concept understand broaden business logic in process, not only limit in self work areas. Than the users know the roles they played in the process and inter-process effects. So they can process the ERP system in an integrated way to realize better functionality of it.
ERP systems realize the enterprise functional integration with a particular structure. To acquire the whole process knowledge, the users must understand the business meaning of the master data and document flow which form the basic system functional architecture. And they can obtain the whole process thinking ability progressively. This paper analyzed how the master data and document flow form the basis of the whole process concept and how to communicate this knowledge in an e-learning platform.
HLA (High Level Architecture) is a standard of simulation system. We can build a multi-user real-time learning system under it. The purpose of this research is to construct an E-learning platform of ERP with HLA. It presents the based knowledge of the whole process and let the user operate the system repeatedly to know the effect every process makes. So the users can operate the system with whole process concept. It makes the end user training after system go-live more efficiency in cost-based concern and transmits the whole process concept to the end user.
