Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 財務金融學系碩士在職專班 === 96 === Regardless of whether they are local or foreign, banks in Taiwan have been putting a lot of resources in developing and expanding the Wealth Management sector in recent years. Mutual Funds have played an important role alongside the banking industry’s development. Under the situation as the global investment markets are booming, which draws more investors’ interests towards mutual funds, fund houses are striving to gain the chance to cooperate with banks through different types of business partnerships to maximize sales volumes. Simultaneously as the Wealth Management sector is developing at such speeding pace, fund houses and banks both want to motivate their underlying sales staff by offering competitive prices, incentives and other business terms to promote mutual funds and eventually make impressive sales. This paper will discuss the current situation of the development of the Wealth Management sector and fund houses in the Taiwanese market as well as analyze the cooperation between them through individual case studies. The discussion and analysis will conclude that the efficiency of the cooperative relationship will be maximized when investing in the right markets, working with perfect partners and choosing the correct methods.
