If components can meet the company specification requirement and figure out the supplier who can meets the supply chain demand, may enhance the competitive for enterprise. In another hand if use the wrong parts with unsuitable suppliers it may cause the serious supply problem in whole supply chain operation like schedule delay or impact production plan even loss the credit for customer or goodwill. Therefore the correct procurement strategy should be the basis for various purchase components and the various supply manufacturers does in the different time uses the different decision-making, but not basis for best price. The Analytic Hierarchy process is a suitable set of multi-criterion decision-making tool for enterprise when use this method we can get the AHP structure weight not only for main criteria but also for sub-criteria than setting the priorities or choosing a best alternative solution therefore AHP was absolutely suitable for procurement team make a strategic decision and it will simplifies the complex problems and may reduce the subjective resolution to be wrong. In the case study we list eight local with global leading companies in Touch Window field and arrange the face to face interview and asking fill in two copies of AHP questionnaire which base on the AHP structure (Fore Main Criteria and sixteenth Sub Criteria) at the same time finally count up the weight and analysis the date to figure out the difference between different supplies and different components. Finally set up the appropriate procurement strategies depend on the weight and achieve the win-win situation between supplies and demands.
