Further, infringement litigation and employee bonus are considered. The results exhibit that both company size and RD ration are positively related to the innovation ability, also infringement litigation and employee bonus system will significantly conduce innovation output. The companies should deliberate how to increase the internal elements that could encourage innovation, and how to arouse the latent energy even without the external straits. Innovation ability is also positively related to company performance, it means to encourage invention and innovation will upgrade the company performance.
