OpenAccess, a complete database system, is developed to solve this problem. On the other hand, with technology scaling, power becomes a very important issue. Multiple supply voltage provides an effective technique for power reduction. In this thesis, we build the OA environment and adopt OA Gear Timer as our basic infrastructure to implement MSV design methodology.
