This research has based upon the Order Management of RosettaNet standard of e-commerce from 3 main PIP flows, including 3A4(Request Purchase Order), 3A8(Request Purchase Order Change), 3A7(Notify of Purchase Order Update) and follow the business daily operations after the business spin-off, to plan and make appropriate work flow to accomplish OBM and OEM/ODM business’s Order Management. The result of this research is to consolidate OBM ERP purchase order system and OEM/ODM ERP sales order system, and based upon B2B RosettaNet standard structure to build a B2B e-commerce, helping business spin-off of OBM from one side and OEM/ODM from the other to smooth and speed-up their Order Management. This strategy not only can reduce cost effectively, but also provide sales order accuracy and make immediate response to the Sales Order, so that enterprises can concentrate their resources to pay more attention on their business operations and improve company competition.
