Developers must first solve communication-level integration issues, ensuring that systems using different transport protocols and data formats can exchange information. Budgeting is a kind of financial planning that can realize and quantify the executives’ future strategies and operation plans of enterprise. Because the entire enterprise is involved in the budgeting planning process and there are several systems are used during the whole budgeting planning process. In order to retain competition advantage and be more efficient, it‘s necessary to speed up this process. The first step is also to solve communication-level integration issues. Web Services are a natural consequence of the evolution of the Web into an open medium which facilitates isolated IT systems interactions. Web Services are concerned with the problems of enabling systematic application-to-application interactions over the Web, and the integration of the existing network computer infrastructure into the Web. The key components of this work are a focus on interoperability, support for efficient application integration, and the creation of a uniform representation of applications within heterogeneous distributed systems. This paper presents a web application showing how Web Services are used to solve problems in a business situation.
