碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 公共行政與政策學系 === 96 === ABSTRACT The Preventive Policies of Domestic Violence and sexual assault in Taiwan were passed in 1998. These policies have being protected and promoted the human rights of the females. But unfortunately the domestic violences always happen in the multi-cultural marriages. The Police Office is the first organization to execute the above policies and provides the protections and promotions for the injured females, whether in physical and mental. However the Policemen who provide the above know the policies well, and also they have enough endowments, resources and trainings or not. This thesis aims at analysis the above problems by the theory presented by William C. Johnson. At first the policy acknowledges of those policies by the policemen are analyzed. Then the organizations, resources and the trainings in the police office to execute those policies are examined. Thirdly we study the communications and the co-operations from the society and the other institutions. At last some comprehensive research discoveries and suggestions constructed the conclusion of this thesis.
