To make the applications such as mobile applications and indoor information collection applications diversified, the use of sensor network shows its importance. The rise of the smart home is another kind of application brought in development of the network. By means of the detected information under the environment of home’s network, we can offer corresponding service applications according to different users. It becomes more important about context-aware services. Popularization of network with the development of science and technology, wide-band network rate of utilization of family already rise gradually. With the cost down of VoIP, more and more companies change the ordinary telecommunication network into a network service of VoIP. Its conversation rate is reduced by a wide margin and makes it more conspicuous for the cheapness of network telephone. In the era soon in the future, VoIP will totally replace some old traditional telecommunication networks probably. Because the service of VoIP is based on the IP network, it can offer diversified services in using. Integrating VoIP and smart home network, we can offer individualized services according to different users based on the situation information that home network offered. In order to reach the switching service of automation, we have to provide context-aware mechanism under the environment of VoIP.
