Red、Green and Blue light generated by white OLED with microcavity structure can reduce loss and improve the pure level of three primary color. In general, the microcavity structure was made up of two metal electrodes, the energy loss is higher as a result of the higher absorption coefficient. This research uses distributed bragg reflector to take the place of metal reflector is because of distributed bragg reflector is made up of dielectric material which has lower absorption coefficient than the metal reflector, hence, luminance efficiency can be promoted due to the lower energy loss. The cavity length can be changed by controlling the thickness of ITO, therefore, three primary peak 472nm、540nm、592nm can be generated. In this paper, white OLED luminance efficiency is 4.5cd/A, along with microcavity structure, Red light luminance efficiency is 5.3cd/A, Green light luminance efficiency is 5.9cd/A and Blue light luminance efficiency is 4.9cd/A. The CIE coordinates are (0.507,0.388)、(0.268,0.139)、(0.301,0.638) at 6V.
