碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班 === 96 === With the influence of continuously prosperous economy, the development of children education market has grown greatly these years. Meanwhile, the operation and development of the franchised children education industry in Taiwan have been also prone to be solid and mature through the efforts made by the headquarters of the franchised institutions. How to upgrade competitive advantages has become imperative for the institutions, and the way to maintain such advantages is to acquire excellent man power, human capital. The key factor of human capital is to construct professional competency and to handle knowledge management and knowledge transfer well. This study will explore the impacts of knowledge management, knowledge transfer, and professional competency on human capital in the point of view of cram school staff. This research takes cram school staff as study subjects. Totally 550 questionnaires were given out, and 116 valid questionnaires were returned. Targeting on this sample, data analysis is verified through factor analysis, T test, ANOVA, and regression analysis of statistical methods. As a result, the empirical analysis indicates that: 1. Knowledge transfer has significantly positive impacts on knowledge management. 2. Knowledge management and knowledge transfer can influence professional competency. 3. Human capital can be affected by knowledge management and knowledge transfer. 4. Professional competency has significantly positive impacts on human capital. 5. Knowledge management and knowledge transfer significantly and positively affect human capital through professional competency as an intermediary. 6. Cram school staff with different personal attributes are significantly various in knowledge management, knowledge transfer, professional competency, and human capital.
