The officer possessed different background in Command Headquarter of Air Force has different comment in the leadership model, job morale and organizational performance. Because of the officer who own discrepancy in background and professional specialty possess different skill on the job which is allotted from his unit. How the leader guide his subordinates and gather team spirit by manipulating own duty right and developing the characteristic personality of the officer. As a result of the foregoing, everyone could endeavor in job to procure default goal. The study proposes two research structures, conception and analysis. The leadership mode of superintendent, the working morale and the organizational performance are variables of the study. In order to understand if people with different background is significant difference opinion on the superintendent leadership model, the job morale and the organizational performance, it uses quantification methods as reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, T-test, MNOVA, factor analysis and coloration analysis to explore relationship and influence among variables. The found from the result of study as follow: 1. In superintendent leadership model: (1) Officer having different educational background has significant variance opinion on leadership model (2) When member of organization awareness fascination of leader, the leader get more satisfaction, and invest in job more. (3) Superintendent of each level is the kernel of work progress. Leader can use lead strategy and exert intelligence to increase organization performance. 2. In the job morale: (1) There are significant different opinions about the working morale in different ages and seniorities of officers. (2) Morale is inherent condition of people that satisfied and identified with job and organization. To raise high morale and invest in job is good to reach the mutual goal of the organization. 3. In the organization performance: There are significant different opinions about the goal of the organization performance in different seniorities and educational background of officers.
