The best way to gain market share and expand economic scale is chain management; a chain system in the value chain has regular scale to enhance business benefit, no matter the inbound logistics, manufacturing methods, outbound logistics, marketing, after-sales service in general activities, or other basic equipments, human resource, technology development and buying in support activities. However, the key success factor plays important role as to exist and stand out in the heavy competitive market, thus, this research objective is to probe into the key success factors of drink chain store; although it’s difficult to control the key success factors of business model, we try to do AHP analysis and conduct survey for coffee and tea drinking chain stores.
As for drink chain store, the key success factors of commonness include variety of product range, uniqueness, product sales analysis, and supplier management, but it’s different way for coffee and tea drinking chain store industry in key success factors (KSF); coffee chain stores should pay more attention to product range, future development of marketplace, and complete training system, while tea drinking chain store should focus on product sales analysis, complete training system as key strategies. No matter coffee or tea drinking chain stores should emphasize on their commonness and their key success factors, in order to enhance its competition.
