| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班 === 96 === Along with globalization of under the influence, the domestic enterprise gradually considers how to create competitive advantage. We can search many methods to promote the competitive advantage of enterprise, and we collect many related management methods and strategy. Our finding of the competitive advantage that different management system can provide an enterprise is more obvious. In recent years, the consciousness of intellectual property is valued and a series of social news affairs. The manager of enterprise starts valuing and considers the importance of intellectual property.
This research uses Analytic Hierarchy Process method. We find out to develop the index sign of the results through the reference, and become the factor of after inducting the Intellectual Property Management System, about Productivity, Finance, Quality, Credibility, Time, Service and Flexibility. The base on that makes use of a questionnaire, influences the deepest index sign after discussing ducting, and understands as a result through the research ducting in front and back of difference.
We can discuss with the first four greatest factors in ducting to carry on a study in this research, and we can find and these four greatest factors all present an inseparable relation with present environment trends in existing enterprise. The particularly new product has the index sign influence of sale ratio at most. We know, after inducting the Intellectual Property Management System, the enterprise makes use of strategy, and makes core technique and intelligence's valid collection and application can develop real management effect. The End, we hope this research can give some reference and suggest to graduate student and the enterprise.
