As the result, people’s general health is on a steady decline. Adequate exercise is the key to recover to good health condition. Exercising at home or at a health club are the most convenient options. This study aims at the group that exercises at home and constructs an evaluation system combining multiple physiological parameters for monitoring the level of fatigue during exercise. The common household exercise monitoring instruments measure only one single parameter and can not accurately evaluate the overall level of fatigue. The exercise fatigue evaluation system of this study integrates various monitoring factors such as heart rate (HR), heart rate variability (HRV) and electromyography (EMG) to evaluate the level of fatigue during exercise. This allows for instantaneous adjustments to the overall amount of exercise to prevent excessiveness or over-stress that may result in muscle strains or discomforts of the body. The result shows that the system can evaluate the producing of the exercise fatigue effectively. Ming-Shing Young 楊明興 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 70 zh-TW
