In recent years due to rapid population growth, urban expansion and the rapid economic development etc., which makes a substantial increase in the demand for land. Large-scale development in coastal zone is an inevitable trend. For failing to be properly effective planning and management, not only caused by natural ecological damage and environmental disasters occurred, but also for the coastal areas of development and construction have a significant impact.
This paper purpose to use the new National Land Planning Act of thinking on coastal management mechanism and system for the goal of sustainable development. First of all, try to summarized the literature and analysis of the ways to view the status of national coastal management. Secondly, integrate the research of coastal planning and management, At last, build a professional and consistent with the scientific feasibility of a marine management system.
