Summary:博士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系碩博士班 === 96 === Cultural Heritage Management is one of the most impartment issues in global cultural heritage studies. It has always involved the preservation, conservation and inheritance of the value of heritage. Now, the importance of well-designed mechanisms for controlling over the factors influencing the value of cultural heritage becomes more prominent because of increasing threats from global climate change. Among all, some factors are dynamic in nature and are critical to the development of heritage sites. These dynamic factors are not only critical to the success of heritage site management, but also informative to the need to control over the value system of heritage organizations and to draw the plan for conservation management. Therefore, this dissertation analyses organization structure, strategic planning, human resources and control mechanisms from the perspectives of function management and heritage conservation. By exploring the roles of management concept, international conservation documents and organization of cultural heritage management, this dissertation identifies the dynamic factors during the process of cultural heritage management, and tries to incorporate the concept of dynamic variation management into the models of cultural heritage conservation.
