Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系碩博士班 === 96 === This research penetrates the domestic and foreign literature to discover that when the institution or the merchant carries out Project Management (PM) and Professional Construction Management (PCM), they confuse the administration range and the definition. I investigate the cases of public Building engineering that apply to Project Management also already completed to finds out the situation of public building engineering performances. Investigate the cases by comprehending the performances and exhibition of the engineering, and if the performances of public building engineering satisfy the engineering administers. This research discuss the problem of public institutions entrusting the Project Management administers by investigating the satisfaction level of public institutions and performances of engineering operating. We find out most institutions are not satisfied with the operating performances. Finally, dissolving the issue of Project Management performance and advancing improvement resources.
