Because the key factors of the white LED are high efficiency and high stability, we need to develop materials toward nitride phosphors. This invention relates to a method for synthesis of nitride phosphors. Nitride phosphors have attracted much attention due to their excellent quality, high thermal and chemical stability and nontoxicity. The most significant properties are their strong emission intensity and variable emission wavelength ranges to the red light. The nitride phosphor materials will have been used widely. However, at the present nitride phosphors can only be synthesized under relatively severe conditions such as high temperature, high pressure and long reaction time. To overcome these problems, our technique can synthesis by low energy consumption, fast production, simple processing and low cost to get high optic quality and high added value of products.
