As designers work on their jobs they need to keep an eye on the influence of products on consumers’ psychology. Thus, during a mode of perceptual consumption, the patterns and colors of products are significant to consumers’ psychology. The designers feel fuzzy and uncertain when study consumers’ cognition for the meaning of the words, which used on the product forms and colors. Under the traditional process, most of designers base design on their personal instincts, experiences, likes, habits, and inspiration in subjective judgment and ideas. Although these designing models lacked theory, they have leaded the design to success. However, it is hard to know the reaction from the consumers’ feelings to diverse styles. It will, therefore, not have effective systematic inheritance. This study will apply the Fuzzy set Theory to classify the forms of the products; in the meanwhile, reference to the colors and vocabulary. It will not only generalize and analyze the forms and colors of the products, but also let the designers know the difference between different kinds of consumers. To set up a database by programming the survey value. The Fuzzy operation will search for the appropriate suggestion for the forms and colors by key in the order.
