Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工學院工程管理專班 === 96 === The evolution in Taiwan's production system of the electronic manufacturing industry is from FIMQ ( Few Items Many Quantities) to MIFQ ( Many Items Few Quantities) and further meet customer demands. The management model also made great progress in the period. Project management is the most commonly adopted among all management models. The cross-link design of project management accorded with the electronic manufacturing industry's attributes: resource integration and quick response to customers. In the meantime, many firms embed customer knowledge management into product development process as well as acquire knowledge directly from those who create interactive values and further spread and share.
Project performance usually has a strong linkage to R&D competence and mass customization. The objective of this research is to find out the relationship between customer knowledge management, project performance, R&D competence and mass customization.
This research formulates the theoretical framework through literature reviews and then takes electronic manufacturing industry as the research object by questionnaire investigation way to verify the theoretical framework and hypotheses of this research in statistic method. Based on the results analysis, some concrete suggestions are proposed for further application in the academia and practitioners.
