Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 土木工程學系碩博士班 === 96 === Ready-mixed Soil Materials (RMSM) is a new range of soil material with propertieslying between controlled low-strength material and soil cement. This research investigates the effect of partial replacement (cement) ratio using slag fly ash. on the RMSM mixture’s flow ability and engineering properties with experimental method, and proceeded with dynamic mechanical test with different polypropylene fiber content. In this study, used two kinds of waste soil, various slag fly ash. replacement levels (i.e. 0~90% cement by weight replaced with slag fly ash), various polypropylene fiber reinforced levels (i.e. 0~1.2 kg/m3 polypropylene fiber ) and different strain velocity (i.e. 10-5∼10-1sec-1) to take as test conditions. Inverted slump test, modify slump test, V type funnel test, unit weight and tests for initial and final setting were carried out to obtain the properties for flow ability of the fresh RMSM mortars. The mechanical properties of RMSM mixtures such as unconfined compressive strength of harder mortars by a series of laboratory test.
Test results show that, if considered on the flow ability, mechanical property, residues strength and setting time of RMSM mixture, then S.F. replacement (cement) ratio 50% is better then other ratios. If considered on the tenacity behavior, slag fly ash replacement benefits, flow ability lose, strength control and economical benefits of RMSM mixture, then polypropylene fiber reinforced content 0.6 kg/m3 is better then other contents. The final, descried in dynamic behavior of RMSM study, both the slag fly ash replacement (cement) ratio and polypropylene fiber reinforced content effect Relative Incredse in Compressive Stress(σ/σststic) of RMSM.
