Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 土木工程學系專班 === 96 === The formulation of the Wind Code of Buildings depended on plenty of historical meteorological data as well as the innumerable research findings and results. The effects of wind on constructions are interactively influenced by many factors. Furthermore, the formulation of the Code also has to conform to the current demand. This also makes the equations become very complicated. In conclusion, the Wind Code of Buildings which took all the above situations into consideration is very complex. For an engineer who uses the Wind Code of Buildings as normal usage, it is extremely complicated to understand the unintelligible Code and to expect to get correct results by calculating the equations in the Code. It may be hard to realize the complexity without such kind of experience. To solve the complexity and save engineers from long-winded codes and annoying calculation, this thesis applied an object-oriented programming on the Wind Code of Buildings to build an easy and user friendly application software with small hard disc space needed. The software guides users to key in the construction’s related data step by step and then makes reports with reliable results. Users also can export the results by Excel or PDF formats as formal reports or future calculation usage. To prove the reliability of the built software, this thesis compared the results of four examples by using object-oriented programming with the results by using other systems. The analysis showed that the software is reliable. The output of the analysis were listed and compared in tables.
