Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 96 === Wind turbine and its mechanism are easily to suffered influence of corrode by chloride in atmosphere, which will reduce the machine’s fatigue strength substantially. We can improve the corrosion resistance by applying various surface treatments to promote the service life of the machine parts. Because there is no research aimed at the weatherability analysis of the wind-turbine’s material in domestic at present, this study according to the surface treatment method and using the saline fog test to choose the proper material of wind-turbine’s structure.
By comprehending the physical characteristic, property of materials and materials science, we apply anodize engineering and surface treatment for selecting the material of the wind-turbine’s blade, assemblies and whole wind-turbine’s structure. So that can solve the surface corrosion problem of the wind-turbine’s parts, increase the surface corrosion resistance of the wind turbine and reduce the cost effectively. Therefore we could design and construct a wind turbine that has superiorly performance, low cost, and easy structure.
