The main purpose of the study was to explore the six-sigama the consumers’ perception on the importance and satisfaction of principal education accountability. Data were collected through questionnaires from 600 junior high school students. The statistical methods used to analyze were descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA. Then, Customer-Satisfaction Matrix being worked for industry and commerce was utilized to find out the defects of education accountability. In addition, Cause and Effect Diagram was to analyze the causes of school problems. Finally, Service Quality Relationship Grid was to find out the practical methods for improvement. Based on the results, establishing a feasible evaluation system for principal educational performance and the enhancement of educational quality were proposed.
