Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 精密工程學系所 === 96 === The main mobile phone lens market has already drawn 2 million units this year and is expected to increase to 3,200,000 units. Higher image quality is demanded while compact camera module designs are becoming more complicated. Optics design is key design element. Compact camera module design is critically important. The camera and lens designs must complement each other. This thesis researches the effects of difference in compact camera module design upon optical image quality performance. The heap design method is used to provide ease of optimechanical assembly. Sensitivity analysis is then performed on the optical design data. The reasons why the heap assembly method will reduce optical image quality and what tolerances must be strictly adhered are determined. The inlay assembly method is then constructed. The modular transfer function value (MTF) for obtaining a good rate of product improvement from 40% to 80% is then examined to verify that the later compact camera module design really improves the optical image quality.
