The channel disc was constructed in a PC substrate of 12 cm in diameter using a CNC machine. There are two types of dimensions used in the experiments. One is between 400 and 600 and the other is 5 with polishing surface. It is found that the radio frequency signal shows a rising sequence of H-like shape as the channel is detected with filling of liquid.
