Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 96 === Business logistics is a significant part for businesses. Reverse logistics becomes a major issue in the 21th century, and more and more companies pay attention to it. The common goal for most enterprises is to maximize its profit. And the way to achieve this goal is by cost minimization or by sales maximization. From the perspective of green supply chains, the consuming electronic products currently are plagued with highly uncertain demands. Customer return products to the retailer when they bought the wrong goods or the defect goods, then returns to the manufacturer by the 3PL providers. Finally, the manufacturer repackages at the original market or resells returns at the secondary market. A system framework and model of returns policy for supply chain with the secondary market are put forward. This study is to investigate the optimal returns profits for whole supply chain including the manufacturer, distributor and secondary market. Through the simulation analysis, the outcome of two models with and without the secondary market are evaluated and compared as well.
