Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 土木工程學系所 === 96 === According to the investigation of Economic Affairs of R.O.C., the land subsidence problem in Taiwan has become very serious and endangers the national territory security. There are many possibilities that will cause land subsidence such as over pumping of underground water, descend of underground water level, constructions on the ground earthquake, excavation of deep foundation, and mining. We can utilize the accurate precise leveling technology, GPS, INSAR, and monitoring well etc. to conduct field surveying. This research intend to utilize the data collected from the GPS tracking stations at Taichung, Changhua, Yuanlin area founded by National Land Surveying and Mapping Center. Five first class leveling points were chosen and conduct 10 times field GPS survey every two weeks during the period of May. 2006 through Sep. 2006. The purpose is to study the land subsidence quantity and rate in Chang-hwa area. It is obtained that the biggest land subsidence value is occurred at X111(Wang-gong point) and reached 5.7 cm/yr. The land subsidence value of other checking point is between 1 cm to 2 cm/yr.
