For whether enterprise should implement corporate social responsibility or not, scholar’ viewpoint doesn't homology. This research controls and there is outstanding in the CSR devotion the individual case E.sun Financial Holding Company of study. Implement CSR, reputation, performance are confered as their relation mainly by this individual case.
Pass by, the enterprise thought that the image of the increment enterprise and good reputation was the only way to denate to devotion the funds do charity .Then this research is intended to break old thinking and hopes by the way proof implementing the CSR is to increase good reputation of E.sun case identification and sets up a good social image in the meantime. This research is needed to be tested and verieted if it can become the competitive advantage of enterprise or the establishment of this competitive advantage.
If corporate can achieve social responsibility the best and keep great positive interaction with the society, this longlasting enterprise has its advantage of surviving with protecting competitiveness managed continuously for a long time. This research has the following detection as a result through the depth interview and the analysis substantial evidence.(1) Implement CSR can make corporate obtain reputation to implement CSR and improve the corporate image, strengthen brands in reputation, improve morale. (2) It can increase and stabilize the performance for corporate. (3) It can promote the ability of raising. (4) It can increase corporate competition advantage.
