With technological development, life is more convenient than usual. The action to use a clipboard for collecting information is now inconvenient. According to past researches, 36.8% of magazine readers are users of the said application. Even under such huge demand with aggressive governmental promotion for digitalized society, there are rare web platforms to integrate every publisher to provide users with reading demand an overall environment for search, reading and purchase. Therefore, users must refer to hard copies by using traditional clipboards to meet their own demand.
On the other hand, text publishers are deeply affected by the rise of Internet. Internet actually squeezes their market scales and the defects of business management in the said publishers also surface gradually. For example, there are some problematic situations like short life cycles and low usage of text database. The said problems cause text publishers more and more harm to publishers when people step into digit times.
In this research, based on the successful experience of iTunes, we create an web platform to integrate text databases made by various publishers and the design is also combined with the Long Tail Theory. For users, there is a single entrance available to retrieve the contents of various major text databases by using on-line clipboard service. An overall environment functioned with search, reading and review information sharing. For publishers, the life cycle of article can be extended with new sales channels for articles. Meanwhile, it can be also functioned with QR code and camera cell phones. The QR code be used by means of indexing to retrieve articles so that articles will so be portable just like hand-held MP3 devices.
