The pore size distribution and surface areas show the parabolic curve when the TEOS added. When the TEOS was 8.4g, the highest surface areas (~746.77 m2/g) and highest pore size (~7.84 nm) were obtained. Therefore, lower ordered structure could be obtained when the aging temperature below 70°C, whereas the highly ordered structure could be obtained. The d-spacing of SiO2 sieves was tuned from 8.83 nm (40°C) to 10.3 nm (130°C) and the surface areas were also tuned from 578.89 m2/g (40°C) to 216.38 m2/g (130°C).When the 12 g P123 added, the surface area was 672.403 m2/g, pore size was 3.70 nm, pore volume was 0.95 cm3/g; however, all textural properties would decrease with the P123 decrease.
