Summary: | 碩士 === 明道大學 === 材料暨系統工程研究所 === 96 === This paper synthesized the SiO2 molecular sieves with high surface areas and uniform pore size. The pore size distribution and surface areas show the parabolic curve when the TEOS added. When the TEOS was 8.4g, the highest surface areas (~746.77 m2/g) and highest pore size (~7.84 nm) were obtained. Therefore, lower ordered structure could be obtained when the aging temperature below 70°C, whereas the highly ordered structure could be obtained. The d-spacing of SiO2 sieves was tuned from 8.83 nm (40°C) to 10.3 nm (130°C) and the surface areas were also tuned from 578.89 m2/g (40°C) to 216.38 m2/g (130°C).When the 12 g P123 added, the surface area was 672.403 m2/g, pore size was 3.70 nm, pore volume was 0.95 cm3/g; however, all textural properties would decrease with the P123 decrease. On the other hand, the rod-like structure could be obtained at the acid concentration above 0.5 M, whereas the randomly structure obtained.
