| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 公共事務學系碩士在職專班 === 96 === The policy of the community overall construction has been carried out till now, the style of community structure from bottom to top has already become a new stream of social movements, Most policies have involved the spirit of social construction, to prove the concept of community overall construction already accepted by the public and change community members the wrong idea of minding their own business and boost their willingness to participate in the social public affairs.
Facing the worsening of social security, if we want to build a new social order, we can’t live only by limited police force, and bad innovation of administration, we need to reconsider putting community policing into community overall construction to encourage people to join community policing, to combine the different resources of community, to build the idea that everybody must be responsible for the social security, and to build the system of social union defense, and it’s the base of everlasting community.
There are five chapters in my thesis. The first chapter is an introduction which describes the motivation and aim of my study. Chapter 2 reviews the bibliography of community united security, community policing, the cooperativeness of public and private departments, and social capital. Chapter 3 is case study and design of research. Chapter 4 is about the result and analysis of case study, Chapter 5, shows the conclusion and recommendation of this research.
